Cabins 12 square meters or larger will require 50% deposit to source materials.
We build Nutec units made from sabs approved Fibre cement boards at R2500/m2 and comes with aluminum windows and heavy duty roofing.
Log Cabins
Log cabin wood is kiln dried timber, smooth and plained, half-round shape price is not same as louvered. They comes in 3 types:
